Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Supported Independent Living at Lime Rainbow is about creating a true sense of home – where people feel safe, supported, and empowered to live life their own way.
When daily supports are consistent and the environment feels right, independence grows naturally. Our SIL services are designed to provide the right level of support, while respecting choice, dignity, and individual goals.
What is Supported Independent Living (SIL)?
Supported Independent Living is an NDIS-funded support that helps participants live as independently as possible, either in their own home or a shared living arrangement.
SIL funding covers the day-to-day support provided in the home – such as personal care, daily routines, health support, and skill development – while accommodation and household expenses are funded separately.
At Lime Rainbow, SIL is delivered through carefully matched support teams who understand your needs, routines, and preferences, ensuring support feels personal, consistent, and respectful.
