Early intervention assists children who are currently experiencing some challenges meeting “typical” outcomes or milestones or to address concerns that parents /carers or educators may have. Lime Rainbow will work with your child in their education & care, school, social or home based settings to strengthen their engagement, attendance, wellbeing, social and emotional communication.

Complete our secure referral form with participant goals and current supports.
2) Assessment
We confirm details and suggest a practitioner that suits your goals and specific needs for ongoing service
3) Service
We meet in your preferred setting and co‑develop a plan of support.
4) Deliver & review
Regular sessions, practical coaching, and outcome reviews together.
Funding & eligibility
Supports can be funded under NDIS Capacity Building and Core (where applicable). We’ll help you align services to plan goals and reporting requirements.
