Specialist Behaviour Support
As registered Behaviour Practitioners and Inclusion Educators, Lime Rainbow has a thorough understanding that when we view behaviour as a form of communication then we can shift our mindset and consider the purpose of a person’s behaviour rather than the behaviour itself. This approach fosters deeper connection and understanding, enabling us to respond in ways that are supportive, respectful, and aligned with the individual’s needs and goals.
What we do
Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA)
We explore the function and context of behaviour across settings to understand needs and triggers.
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans
Practical plans co‑designed with families and educators, clear strategies, visuals, routines, and safety.
Coaching & collaboration
Coach‑along sessions that build confidence for carers, teachers and support workers.

How we work

Complete our secure referral form with participant goals and current supports.
2) Assessment
We confirm details and suggest a practitioner that suits your goals and specific needs for ongoing service
3) Service
We meet in your preferred setting and co‑develop a plan of support.
4) Deliver & review
Regular sessions, practical coaching, and outcome reviews together.
Funding & eligibility
Supports can be funded under NDIS Capacity Building and Core (where applicable). We’ll help you align services to plan goals and reporting requirements.
