About the Role

We’re seeking Registered Behaviour Support Practitionerswho are ready to take the next step – either in a contractor capacity or as a permanent team member (if you’re ready to settle into a home that values you).

You’ll work alongside a transdisciplinary crew of passionate Behaviour Practitioners, Therapy Assistants, OTs, and Speech Pathologists – all working toward real, sustainable outcomes for participants and their families.

Key bits of the role:

• Develop and implement high-quality Interim and Comprehensive BSPs.
• Provide training and coaching to support teams and families.
• Engage in case discussions and collaborative planning (we love ideas!).
• Use your voice in shaping how behaviour support should feel – practical, positive, and participant-first.
• Enjoy flexibility: part-remote, part-hub, and fully human.

What You’ll Bring

• Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Commission PBS Capability Framework.
• Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed practice, and restrictive practice legislation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• A collaborative, kind, and flexible mindset – the Lime Rainbow way.
