🌈 Speech Pathologist – Paediatric & NDIS Focus

Location: Penrith Hub | Western Sydney | Hybrid / Remote Options

Type: Contract or Permanent Role

Organisation: Lime Rainbow

✨ Tired of chasing KPIs instead of connecting with people?

At Lime Rainbow, we do things differently. We’re a growing, heart-led practice that values collaboration, creativity, and connection over quotas and spreadsheets.

If you’re a Speech Pathologist who loves working with children and families — helping them find their voices — and you want the time and support to do your best work, this could be the perfect home for you.

💚 Who We Are

We’re a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and values-driven team supporting children, young people, and families through the NDIS. At Lime Rainbow, we believe therapy should be meaningful, flexible, and joyful.

Our values shape everything we do:

  • Growth – for participants, families, and our team.
  • Joy – celebrating every word, sound, and connection along the way.
  • Voice – helping people communicate, advocate, and belong.
  • Integrity & Respect – leading with honesty, kindness, and care.

🧩 About the Role

We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist with a passion for empowering children and families through communication, connection, and creativity. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, delivering flexible, strengths-based supports.

In your week you might:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for therapy planning and NDIS reports.
  • Deliver fun, play-based interventions for children with diverse communication needs.
  • Support families with AAC systems, social communication, and functional communication routines.
  • Collaborate with educators, allied health professionals, and wider support networks.
  • Write clear, family-friendly reports that celebrate progress and guide next steps.

🪴 What We Offer

  • Flexible hours and hybrid work options.
  • Admin and team support so you can focus on clients.
  • Regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
  • Competitive rates (contract or permanent).
  • Opportunities to grow into leadership or specialist areas.
  • A joyful, supportive, values-driven culture.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Experience or strong interest in paediatric and early-intervention work.
  • Skills in speech and language assessment, AAC, social communication, and family coaching.
  • Commitment to neuro-affirming and trauma-informed practice.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A positive, creative, and child-led approach to therapy.

🌈 Ready to love what you do again?

If you’ve ever thought “I just want to do good work with great people”, we’d love to meet you.
