The Lime Rainbow Supports

Connected Supports. One Coordinated Approach.

At Lime Rainbow, our supports are designed to work together. Each service can stand alone or be combined for a more coordinated, consistent approach centred on the participant’s goals.

Specialist Behaviour Support

We recognise behaviour as communication

At Lime, we look beyond what’s happening on the surface. Behaviour can tell us something about a person’s needs, communication, environment, experiences and what’s happening around them – and understanding that bigger picture matters.

Our Behaviour Support Practitioners take the time to understand the individual and work alongside the people who know them best. Together, we develop practical, positive strategies that make sense in everyday life – at home, at school and in the community.

Early Childhood Early Intervention

Growing, learning and building skills through everyday moments.

Young children learn through play, relationships, routines and the world around them. Our Early Childhood team works alongside children, families and educators to understand each child’s strengths, development and individual support needs.

Support is woven into the places and moments that matter – at home, in early learning environments and in the community – helping children build skills, confidence and participation in ways that feel natural and meaningful.

Allied Health

Building skills for everyday life.

Our Allied Health team includes Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology, supporting children, young people and adults to build skills, confidence and participation in the things that matter to them.

Support is shaped around the individual and can take place across home, education and community settings, helping strategies make sense in everyday routines and real-life situations.

Individual Support · Direct Support & Community Access

Support that fits into your life.

Individual support at Lime is built around you – your routines, interests, goals, preferences and the things you want to do more of.

That might mean getting out into the community, building everyday skills, working towards greater independence, trying something new or having support with the routines that make everyday life work.

We also put thought into who provides your support, considering personality, interests, communication and support needs when matching participants with team members.

Let’s build the right support together.

Whether you know exactly what you’re looking for or you’re still figuring it out, our team is here to chat.
